Fnb is a nightmare for credit facilities

The only reason I've used 1 star is because there's no minus. Absolutely pathetic service. If you are retrenched this bank treats you like you're dirt because they no longer making money off you. I'm paying for my credit card and they have given me endless problems from the beginning. Instead of trying to help they backed me into a corner. Blocking my card so I can't pay cash into it. I must run around trying to find out what's going on. I don't even want to talk to the staff from there because they are so unprofessional it's like they're trained to be ****ty. Just to stop the debit order on my personal loan once the insurance activated was practically impossible. They still debited me after saying they won't. People think twice before banking here, it's really not worth it. They are a nightmare.
