FNB is a Nightmare! A real bad dream

Good Day While ABSA and Standard bank protected me from Debt Review, my then trusted bank since 1999, FNB served me to the vultures, no consideration of my account and its status at that point! Nothing, other banks took their time to review what was happening and saw a red flag FNB, FAILED DISMALLY! FNB has gone to the gutter! I’m so frustrated with your lack of service even after I have sorted the problem out myself! Even when I have proof and even when your bank has proof on their FNB system that this was not supposed to be! FNB continues its lack of service to date! The call centre agents are the worst I have been sent from pillar to post, nothing has helped! I have been to the branch to my dismay they called the very call centre that could not assist me! What is the point of going to the branch????? This is my second life altering time FNB has failed me, the 3rd one I will ignore! The 1st time CAPITEC came to my rescue!I got immediate help and advice and service! I’m livid , frustrated and angry with FNB, it’s the worst bank! So all other major banks ABSA, CAPITEC and STANDARD BANK have come to my rescue! But my bank FNB!
