FNB is a nightmare

All my accounts with FNB are on hold . I've been going to their branch daily and am told the only person that's dealing with my Case is Bongani Ndembe . I've called him sent numerous emails to no response. This Bongani person has no sense of urgency or service. Never response blocked my account with no communication. Just a case number from SAPS . No one is communicating with me , It's difficult to even have a case number that was issued against me .

How do I get this resolved if no one is assisting me.
