FNB is a Nightmare

FNB is really messing up my life, please I need assistance from anyone here that can assist me. FNB has listed my name on credit bureaus. Everytime I communicate with them, they always ask for credit report of which I have already sent to them on numerous occasions but still nothing is being done. I can’t get credit from anywhere as they have listed me that I owe them whereas I do not, they have sent a paid up letter of which I do not understand, why would you send a paid up letter when I never even owed you in a first place, why list my name where as you don’t know how to remove it. I’m done with FNB, they just don’t care about their clients. They have sent from pillar to post 🚮
