FNB is a nightmare.

FNB services are extremely quick to respond however very useless and unfair to their customers. I have recently made an error sending money to a wrong acc number, admittedly, it was a mistake. However, they want to help me with a fee of R326 and no guarantees whatsoever that I will get that money back into my acc and it will take up to 10days to reverse.I need to pay that debit order before I incure any fees, I have made this clear to them but they aren't willing to help me. The person I sent money to agrees that they can take it back but they are making a fuss out of this. Also, what admin fee is R326? This is ridiculous. To be paying my bank a R326 fee and also incure late fee charges on the debit order?
