FNB is a mess. Cant resolve a simple issue

FNB is useless when it comes to issue resolution. They have so many departments and no one knows what happens in each department. I made a wrong transfer to a wrong account and you when i call play ping pong with me. they send me from pillar to post. One department sends you to another who send back to one that sends you back to the other. Its all a mess, a ****** house. ****** see, ****** do!!!!!!!!f
