FNB is a major security risk to their customers.

My check and credit card expired in January and since then my tap and go function doesn't require a pin for purchases below R500, I don't think the credit card has a tap and go limit. This is absolutely madness, I have requested to log a request to change this but the banker(Paul) told me it is impossible to be changed due to the config being embedded on the card. It seems that FNB has become the bank that doesn't care about their customers security risks. It makes me think, who the imbecile was that approved such a major security risk. My question : will FNB wakeup and get this fixed ASAP or should one move to a more secure bank?
