FNB is a legal ****

My bank charges were more than R1000.00 in less than 3 months. I had bank charges twice in one month. I also saw some unauthorised activities, went to the branch to find out what was going on but the consultant told me she cant help me because she does not know why and how that happened. I asked to close the account and she told me i ca not do so.. plus the service at that branch \sucks.""";;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;623007;624;4;2;0;1;0;0;2;15/02/09 10:22;751;NULL;15/02/08 11:00;15/02/08 21:51;Samsung Galaxy S5 not water resistant;9,01E+12;;***;My wife and I went swimming on Saturday (7th February 2015) and decided to take a photo and two short videos inside the water, the phone was inside the water for not more than 5 minutes and only submerged in about 400mm of water at the shallow end with all ports closed and then the phone died after 10 minutes. We took it to Vodacom River Square (Vereeniging) today, the 8th February 2015 and they told us that we are not supposed to put it in water, one of the reasons why I bought that phone was because it is IP67 certified, I understand that it's obviously a defective phone but why are they taking it for repairs rather than replacing the phone, unless they will fix it so that it can actually be water resistant as you say it is. I cannot pay so much money and panic if my phone maybe falls inside water and not enjoy the benefits of the phone like other people who have the same phone and take photos inside the pool, I don't mind it getting fixed but it better be water resistant when it comes back otherwise this is false advertising! ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;841702;85;16;2;0;1;0;0;2;15/04/23 9:54;751;NULL;15/04/20 23:03;15/04/20 21:23;Inconsistent charges & change in data allocation ;9,11E+12;;***;February reflects usage of 1.2GB of data at a charge of R184.34. for the amount I used over my 750MB allocation per month. Compared to March which reflects usage of 1.3GB of data at R552.96. Customer care could not understand my query after explaining numerous times and eventually hung up the phone on me. A visits to a branch and a query logged but no contact or resolution. On my current statement that I have an unbilled amount of R123.67 for 1.3GB of data. Customer care stated I'm in fact now currently getting 450MB. This resulted in a second query being logged on your internal system. Today I received my monthly statement and see that the \unbilled amount\"" of R123.67 is reflected as none other than data charges for 1.3GB of usage. So in the space of 3 months I have had data usage within 100MB of each other yet in 2 cases I am charged R100-odd and the other is R550. All stemming from a sudden unbeknown change in the amount of data I receive per month. This issue needs to be rectified as soon as possible. I need a clear answer to these varied amounts as it seems very clear from the usage vs cost on the statements and I need my full allocation of data as I had been getting."""
