FNB is a joke!!!!!!!!!!

I am a new client called by a sales person which sounded to be a good product.

I went into the branch to collect my card and was told I need to activate my app which was done.

I then tried doing a transfer and I am told my card is not verified and active, how the hell do you let someone walk out of a bank with a card that does not work?????

I can do absolutely nothing at this point in time, I am bounced from person to person with ****ty attitudes!

I go through to the accounts department and am asked for my card number which is in the car and im told to call back after being on hold for 25 minutes!

The service has been absolutely ridiculous to say the least!

When moving from another bank everything is supposed to be seamless.. with FNB they do half ass jobs!!!!!
