FNB is a JOKE

Client bought something from me and sold it to someone else. My clients, client then laid a ***** charge against him because he didnt get the tracking number for items that were sent and then FNB blocks my account without even contacting us for a transaction that had nothing to do with our account. Then try and speak to them for 2 hours and all you get is put through to the wrong person each time who can not help you. If there was really ***** going on they could wipe you out before you get to speak to the person at FNB. This bank and it service is joke
