FNB IS A JOKE

I opened a tax free savings account through FNB. Money is debited off my account each month. After trying to access this money I found I was unable to. I contacted FNB through the secure app and they inform me that this tax free account does not exist but I see it my side? They inform me that I must phone around to fix this issue, wasting my day. I tell them no I will not be wasting my day. These bankers close my ticket without having resolved anything.

The next banker comes along, reads the above text and proceeds to close the ticket without even saying anything. THis happens about 6 times.

WHERE IS MY MONEY. FNB IS A JOKE. SUCH AN INSULT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
