Fnb is a joke

My accounts have been frozen with fnb for going on 2 months. My clients refunds have been paid back. Clients are reporting my account for alleged ***** with no proof from these parties and there is also no proof from the other parties. I am sitting with funds that i cant pay back to anyone.
