FNB is a joke. 215K missing
I made a payment from my fnb business account for 215K using the instant/clear function to my personal Capitec account on the 7/11/2024 at 09:16. My funds have disappeared and fnb has no answers for me. My business is on hold and fnb cannot help. Refrain from using fnb for reliable banking

09 Nov 2024, 08:07Stop replying privately and attend to my complaint. All you guys do is shift me from agent to agent. The fact is the missing money is not in my account. This has cost my business tremendously. Do NOT USE FNB for business banking. They don’t care about their customers. I will not remove this until my concern is sorted

11 Nov 2024, 13:55After being in branch for over 5 hours. FNB still has no answers. From the business banker to the branch fnb has lost it. DO NOT CHOOSE FNB AS YOUR BUSINESS BANK.
