Fnb is a huge company how is this possible????

Hi there

I have been on debt mediation 2 years.

My account was handed over on R25600 more or less... I have paid this account every month, just received a settling amount for R19585 after the xapital amount is R29000 now??? How can any account gonup by R4000 after 2.5 years instead ita suppose to go down if payments were made and arrangements that inwas on debt mediation for persobal reasons... I have called asked and also tried to get hold of someone at fnb, Nonone can help u get transfered from one to the other and asked to xall the attorneys which the amounts differ everytime i ask... So now how is this possible no one can answer me on how an amount can go up? How do i know the settlement is correct if Fnb doesnt know whats going on either?????
