FNB is a horror

I've never been so ****ed off by a bank like this. I received a massage saying I've overdrawn my account & I need to deposit that R200 within 5 days. At that time I'm unemployed, I spoke to one of their consultants & she was so rude to me, she just said I used my card whilst there were no funds. I asked her how possible is that cause if there are no funds, it declines. She said all the other banks do that, I have a Capitec account & I've never had such an experience. I'm even thinking of canceling this account cause it's not a reliable and honest bank.
