Fnb is a horrible bank

This is the 3rd month in the row where unauthorized debits have been made on my account. Fnb can't tell me what it is and why this is happening. When you speak to fnb you get transferred to so many departments is ridiculous. I NEED A RESPONSE FROM FNB URGENTLY AND IF I DO NOT GET CLARITY FROM THEM PERHAPS THE OMBUDSMAN CAN ASSIST
