FNB IS A FROUD, A **** AND ALL THEY BARE DOING NOW IS FREEZING PEOPLES ACCOUNTS AND TAKING THERE MONEY WITHOUT EXPLANATION

FNB is now really a ****, you guys you froze my account and whenever i try to call you to get an explanation as to why my account was frozen, no one helps me out. its been two months now since my account was frozen and i have never got any explanation or case number. when ever i call they keep putting me on hold but it never goes through, an dwhen it does goes through, i never get the explanation as to why my account was frozen and that's why i can never even get anyone to follow up on my case since there is no case number. you froze my account yet money keeps going into that account, and as we speak i was paid roughly R4,000 in the last few days into that account but i don't have any access to my money. what's going on seriously with FNB these days??? PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I NEED TO USE MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. I AM TIRED OF CALLING AND NOT GETTING HELPED. you people went on and changed my account number from *** and then made it ***.
