Fnb is a ********* and a useless bank

I was hijacked on the 2nd of October and they took everything and they did a ***** on my FNB Business Account so went to report it at FNB amd they gave me an email to send my Affidavit and I did and went there on monday to do some follow up and the lady that i was talking to said my money will return on 7/14 days but days went by and after a month i call them to do follow up again but the guy was so rude telling me that i must email again my Affidavit and i must call again and send Ref.. and i told him i did email it on the 3rd but never reserved any Ref.. so he gave me a correct email and i sent it and try to call but the was no answer today it is the 8th of November 2020 the is still no reply as to when i will get my money or what will the following step be when i go to an fnb branch no1 is willing to assist me or when i call the ***** department all i get is rude agents if i get lucky and get through to the call center. Or is it maybe i am a young and black business woman maybe that's why i am not getting any help regarding my money the worst part i am suppose to be making payment with that money but fnb doesn't seem to care about the fact that i lost some money and i reported it on time before the money was even released on my business account
