Fnb is a *****!!!

I cannot believe hlw fnb is handlkng my case ! In all honesty this bank is proving to be the most inconsiderate with a great lack of urgency . I won't even start to mention the level of disrespect and lack of knowledge of their own processes I mean this is the 5th time I've gone to the branch to follow up on my ***** case lodged in December 2020 and all they do is put you on the phone with the ***** department who then feel they cannot assist with anything as the case is assigned to an investigator whom is also unreachable via telephone or email !!!! The last valid communication I got was when I was advised by Lesego from ***** that she is waiting for finance department as there are funds retrievable from the ********** recipient account and its almost end of the week a month since I lodged this case im still yet to get proper feedback with detailed explanation to how these transactions of 3500 took place on my account and lastly my money back!!!!!
