FNB is a *****

I am so disgusted with FNB its unbelievable. I have a problem with the fees i was charged on my account last month. I sent messages to the 'SecureChat" team on the app - who instead of helping me referred me to the branch and the complaints department.

I raised a compliant with the relevant department who then listened to my problem, advised that it was late so she would have to call me back the next day. Long story short - she never called back but instead referred me to a pricing guide in an email.

Please could someone assist with this matter. Thanks
