FNB is a *****!!!!!@

On Sunday 19/12/2021, I tried to withdraw R200 from an FNB ATM in Vosloorus-Gold spot. The ATM went offline and did not dispense the cash. I had R460 available in my account. Then I went to a Nedbank ATM and tried to withdraw the R460, it said I had insufficient funds, and only R250 was available. On Monday 20/12/2021, I went to the branch in Kempton Square to log a claim. I then received an SMS today the 21st December saying R200 is paid back into the account. Went online and the cash is not available. I spoke to the chat agents Zandile, Joy, Makubu and they told me it is because I withdrew the cash agai same day, which I did NOT! I needed to use the money urgently and now I can't because FNB does not wa t to give it back! I'm beyond upset!
