FNB is a ***** and dont care about South Africans

first national bank risk depart is the worse. our card was swollen by the machine fnb atm and in seconds money started disappearing from our club account now fnb is refusing to help or give us back our money they don't even want to give us a footage of since they claim we were help by strangers which we know is not the case. we have been treated so bad by fnb the branch and the call centres they are practically the ******* and claim other ppl are. south Africa must know that we have no more faith in fnb its the worse bank ever. FNB stole our money the its the ATM and not ******* and they refusing to talk or help us we also open a case at the saps we still waiting
