FNB is a flop though

I called FNB Housing Finance, FNB Life, and Smart bonds Monday 21st October 2019 (well, I keep getting transferred from one to another), to request that they send me my FNB Life Cover policy schedule that I have with them regarding my bond.

I called again today and the one department says they can't help because it's with the next department. When being transferred they insist on transferring me back to the initial department I contracted.

My cover is not being picked up by all three departments but the fees for FNB Life Cover appear on my bond statement.

I am done calling FNB,as I am now clearly abusing my employer's telephone resource. Maybe I must just change the bank for my bond. Where is my policy schedule?
