I want a senior manager to call me immediately because I am very ****en irritated with FNB!

I opened a FNBy Account and the name was wrong, I spoke to Private Clients Customercare, they send me forms to fill in and send back with a birth certificate with I did, I even wrote a post before this on hellopeter, I received a mail to say everything was resolved. This morning I received an email from your KYC Department threatening to put my account on hold- I will move my whole portfolio to another BANK! SORT YOUR **** OUT!
