FNB is a ****

I always have thia extra charges charged by FNB on my account. Whenever my account goes through a minus I was told that per transaction is R47 but they end up charging extra. Every month when my account goes to a minus I always have to call and ask them to rectify the extra charges same thing this month I called last week was told the matter will be escalated. Nothing. Has changedni called yesterday was to do a follow up was told they will get back to me nothing as it yet. I need these extra charges to be rectified. I honestly dont like what they are doing. Always have to call for this to be rectified if I dont call they will continue with these extra charges. 😒
