FNB is a disgrace

Fnb is possibly the worst bank with the worst service I have ever experienced. My account has been charged with ********** amounts and the bank security never even questioned the transactions. Even after I reported it 10 minutes after the transaction I was told to follow the procedure of the bank.,its been 2 month and numerous visits and the process has not been resolved after I was told it takes 2 weeks to get get refunded.
