FNB is a ***** discuised as a bank

I have requested a downgrade on my FNB account due to the absurd amount of bank costs they deduct, also asked for this bank costs to be deducted month end instead on the 10th every month this request was done by the branch on 5 Dec 2025 today is the 19th February 2026 and this has not been done instead they deducted bank costs plus debit order reversal costs because the bank costs was not covered on the 10th so I paid over R400 in bank costs this month alone, the secure chat app is useless the just say it's been escalated, then they say have a nice day FNB is the worst bank to bank with I requested a refund but till now I have gotten no response what so ever!!
