FNB is a disappointment-No signs of relief with them

I really do not understand FNB.... I am trying to apply for my debt relief via the app in the morning i could not upload the attachment so i try and save it via images so it could be uploaded it also does not work. Now i tried again but it is saying the system is offline ans i do not need a loan somehow it showed me a quote for a new loan for the Covid-19 relief i need to apply for the Credit application where they pay my installment till we are financially sorted as my company said mo work no pay.
