Fnb is a disappointment

After being client of fnb for year they have really disappointed me. Im a private wealth client but I cant even get hold of my banker nor can they assist me with anything. What is the point of being a private wealth client then? I laid a complaint in November at my fnb branch. It was a ********** activity from webafrica on my account. I explained my situation and emailed all details to fnb head offices. After they received the information they asked me to send proof to them of the transaction and of my communications with webafrica. I immediately did that. After 2 months of waiting the finally emailed me only to ask me to send the same documents and proof to them again. How frustrating. They never paid attention to my complaints and never did anything. Fnb u are a disappointment.
