FNB is a ****

I had the worst service with fnb through out the years. I had a business account and personal account with them. I would run into small inconvenience while using their services but the mail on the coffin was when my money from my business account started disappearing, I would wake in the morning nd want to do some transactions only to find that my account is on 0,00 or minus! Report it, nd no one knew what was going on, nd the money would be returned in account after few hours. That happened almost every two days nd it cost me businesses. Nd that was not the only problem, I remember I changed my personal names, nd I went to the branches couple of times to rectify my names, nd still after 2 years my bank statements had my former names on it. That causes so much confusion, nd so much inconvenience! So finally I gather strength to leave fnb , open another accounts with another banks. Slowly move my money until my fnb accounts were on zero. I call the bank to close my accounts nd they did. After few month’s after closing fnb acc, I get a call from their lawyers saying I owe them R10k , I call the bank nd no one has an idea why I owe R10k. Few months later again, I get a call from the same lawyers , saying the R10k was from bank charges. How ? How can an active account, accumulate R10k worth of charges? Now they are threatening to ********* me. FNB is a **** I tell you. The worst bank I had to deal with. please stay away .
