FNB IS A ******* BANK.

The poorest service! SARS paid my tax money into my account. FNB decided its suspected *****. and returned some of the money-WITHOUT TALKING TO ME! SARS have no record of requesting any refund from them. and the person who is handling this is like A GOD. you cannot reach them. or they hide behind all the systems so that they dont have to speak to you. i have called fnb more than 68 times in the last week and a half and all i get is to speak to TANYA. yet TANYA IS NOW WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!! FNB are quick to take my money, but when i start asking questions, they are nowhere to be found. NO FEEDBACK, AND NO COMMUNICATION. have you just taken my money and think i will keep quiet? I WANT ANSWERS!!!!
