FNB IS A BUNCH OF *******

FNB is a bunch of *******! My account did not have enough money in it and there were 2 late debit orders that went off my account and it was paid by FNB, my account did not have any money so FNB charged me R 120 per transaction. but these amounts were paid. I thought OK fair enough if they charging me then thats fine. The amounts were then reversed and fnb charged me again 100 per transaction for unpaid charges ?? so how the hell can fnb charge me R 120 per transaction and then another R 100 per transaction. So in total R 220 per transaction. 1 for paying and 1 for not paying how the hell! FNB are just *******! then I went online started chatting with Charity Nkosi from fnb who was no help at all and she didnt listen and gave me some stupid answer that fnb honoured the payment but clearly my account states differently!!!!! I have screenshots of this conversation and will send to anyone who is interested. No wonder my husband is moving to absa. I think its time for a change - MY reference number - CAS- ********** -Y0L5S1
