FNB is a bunch of *****

Once again FNB disappointed me. I don't know what word to describe FNB. FNB home loan phone me eventually after I write a review on hello Peter I was happy finally. Because someone came back to me eventually. My happiness didn't last, as I promised that he will freeze my account for 3 months and he will let me know in a week time to let me know that everything will be sort out. FNB phone me this morning telling me that I'm owing money in my bond. So how the hell I am going to pay my bond if I'm not working at the moment. Because I am working in the Day Care Centre. My stress and worries are getting into me. Because I don't know if I can keep my house or not and I might end up sleeping in the street with my autism kid. As FNB concerns I don't know if they have concerned. FNB ask : how can I help you? That's a lot of ****. They can't even help me, it takes them forever not to even sort my problem. So where is the help there? FNB are a bunch of lies and sending my application to a lot of people and yet nobody come back to me. It's frustrating and stressing me out. Maybe I should ask the other bank to help me get out from FNB. Because FNB is not very helpful and worst bank I know.
