FNB is a Big ****

FNB Home loans is a ****, I have been paying insurance with them and today I want to claim repayment from the FNB life Claims I'm told my policy was cancelled 2022 they have no Idea who did. I'm been sent from pillar to post call center no offices that can help. Please don't take home loans with FNB they debit for 16 years only
