FNB IS A BIG ****

FNB Sucks!!! I got paid my salary on my FNB account on the 26 June 2023 around 00:00 midnight and in few minutes money was withdrawn in my account. The transaction description is: VALR PTY LTD 457896*319 2 27 JUN (NAME OF THE COMPANY) and the reference number of the transaction is: *** and the total salary taken from my account is R9 700.00. When I enquire about this transaction FNB Consultant told me that this was an Online shopping transaction and I was told to wait Seven days and when I went after the seven days they told me to wait for Thirty Days. On the first day of my consultation with FNB they told me that the transaction was still pending and I had to wait for the transaction to complete meaning I had to wait for the money to leave my account. I am so ashamed of how this BIG BANK works because I am now penniless and need to continue to survive without my whole salary taken. I need to go to work everyday and fulfill my daily tasks and yet I did not get my salary and thanks to FNB for that because my company did ensure that I get my salary in time.

I am pleading for help to anyone who may see this to help as I cant keep up with what I am going through everyday. FNB was supposed to protect my money but they failed, instead they assisted ********s to take my money by failing to cancel a pending transaction and telling me to wait until the money is taken from my account.
