FNB IS A **** BANK WITH **** HOMELOANS
FNB is being ***** about sending me my home loan statements from inception (2012).I called twice this morning and both operators said the bank only keeps records for 5 years, but they failed to even send me the statements for that 5 years they claim to keep, I only got 2019 an 2020. I am livid, why would they refuse to send me records of MY statements for money that I have BEEN paying for my home loan. The hell!!!!! I would rate FNB in the minus if I could!!!

25 Aug 2021, 15:25I have been contacted by Kenny Masinga today and he said he will send me my statements, it’s been over 4 hours now and he is not responding to my emails . Why is he delaying? Is FNB cooking up the statements??!!
