FNB is a bank of *****sters!

I am disappointed in FNB as a loyal client for so many years. In January, I reported a ***** case after I lost R19 500 due to unauthorised transactions from my account. This happened after my cellphone was ****** and I visited the branch to report my cellphone ****** and asked for my banking app to be disabled. The lazy consultant at the branch didn’t do this!! I can’t believe that FNB refuses to take accountability for the loss!! After almost 6 months of me providing all the evidence, the bank still refuses to take accountability. I really wouldn’t advise anyone to trust FNB with their hard-earned money. If you are smart, you would take your money elsewhere
