FNB is a bank from hell

FNB is just a ****. I reported with their ***** department on the 27th April that my salary was being debited by an unauthorized person. An investigation was meant to take 14days but it did not. On the 27th May I made a follow up and reported on Hellopeter. They issued another Complaint Reference Number ***NF and they were meant to give a response in 5 days. I am having debit orders bouncing since I have no funds available on my account. I need urgent help, for all the debit orders to be paid then I close my account with this frustrating bank. Enough is enough, how do I get FNB to pay me back. I was even shocked to see reviews from others yesterday, for true FNB is a ****.
