FNB IS A **** BANK- DONT USE PAYSHAP

FIRST NATIONAL BANK is the most unprofessional and ****my bank ive ever used after over 10 years with them, ..on the day FNB was experiencing technical problems i had sent a payshap of R1375 from my standard bank account to my FNB, the transaction was a success on standard bank side but it failed to reflect on FNB, i reported the issue and they asked for me to wait a couple of hour for it to reflect, the next day when in inquired the asked to check if it was not reversed to standard bank and i said no, they asked me to wait even more, on the same day i had tried to make online payments where my available balance was more than enough to make the purchase....the payment kept delcining since FNBs systems where still problematic, to my horror the next day FNB is charging for an EXESS ITEM for which they where the cause of, when i reported this they stated it was because of a declined transaction that lead to -R155 from my account, i then told them your seystems are the cause for the delined tranaction, how can you guys charge me for your own problems....they refused to re-imburse my funds...and till today my R1357 payshap has not reflected, and now FNB is double backing that they are not at fault for the payshap, fnb has caused to lose funds in a blink of an eye....Dont use FNB, Dont use Payshap, because when the system fails your money disappears into thin air which they cant trace...this has been a horrible 10 years with this bank
