FNB IS A BAD FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CLIENTS

Good morning I had open a Late estate account with FNB because my was a client at FNB for year due to my mom's passing I had to open a late estate account as my mom was working and teaching for the Education department, and they had to pay her pension out to me as Iam her only child and beneficiary I received the money in May and the Department paid it into my bank not my mom's late estate so I decided to move the money to mom's late estate account now FNB has frozen my accounts and I have provided them with my proof payment from the GEPF and my Capitec bank statement now the want to tell me that the letter must be signed as I spoke to one of the GEPF ladies she said that the banks know they don't sulign the Letter and that the bank is use to phoning the GEPF to con firm payment IAM so disappointed in the way FNB has beeningvtreating me this would be the second time I have an issue with them regarding my mom's money.
