FNB is a BAD bank for international travelers

Went to FNB bank to make sure that OTP's were not sent to email but on APP as I was going to travel and would not have roaming.

Spent 3 hours in the bank trying to get this worked out, even downloaded RNB app to make sure it was working.

Tried to pay online, they sent notification to app but not recived. No way to make payment online easiliy :(
