FNB is a bad bank for business and business owners

i am very disappointed and hurt by FNB bank a customer came into my store and bought a car but FNB decided on their own to reverse the money that the customer paid to us back to customers bank account without even communicating with the customer or the receiver ,i have now lost money and a car in the hands of FNB and the customer for 2 months now they said they will investigate i never heard anything from them since march 4th and when i called yesterday i was told that i do not have a case with them after sending all the documents they required be care full of this bank this is not the first they did this i was just lucky with other customers ,you better move you business away from this bank as it is not trustworthy to businesses i am soon going to close my business account with them but i am not going to back down without a fight i will let the entire country know what FNB is up to this case is not a customers fault but FNB's ,this is bank that cant even offer you a loan but can collapse your bussiness
