Fnb is a Bad Bank

Please help, Fnb is not taking its client seriously. you take a temp loan from them and then you pay but they dont update with credit bureau after paying them back. I took two temp loans last year and early this year and all of the temp loans paid back to them on time. But now im still sitting with a problem why FNB is not updating them. They are now affecting my credit profile which is now disturbing me to get credit at anywhere. And the boring part is that when I enquire with fnb im being told that the matter will be resolved. I need fnb to close all the temp loans I paid to them last year and early this year urgently. Can one advise how to deal with this matter. I can wait for another days for fnb to update with credit bureau.
