FNB is a ***** and a legalised ****mer

On the 15th of December 2025 I had a debit order R479 that I did not agree too and therefore requested FNB to reverse and cancel , This was done without any hassles , To my supprise again ion the 24th Jan the same debit order again happened . I again requested that they do the same as previous but then FNB said they cannot reverse the money but can cancel the debit order , Further to that I was promised that thier debit order department will call me to discuss the matter futher. To date I have not received a call . Yet again the same debit order that FNB had assured me that they have cancelled is again this month happening , My question to FNB is how secured are my finances with them whenthey cant even reverse a transaction that I know nothing about ? Secondly I am a premium account holder and paying a premium monthly subcription so why am I getting such a shady service from them ? My believe is that FNB is ***** and promotes white monopolistic mentality , An ordinary and honest working person is getting ****** by this company ,
