FNB is a ***** and ****.

I have been with FNB for the past 8 years in the beginning it was a great bank but as time went.

I would never recommend FNB to anyone the constant **** that operates in the system, this month alone I bought a bus ticket, never got the ticket until now They are yet to refund my R852, I was told money would be reversed back within 5 days it has been until date nothing in my account instead I am waking up to a deduction under #No Items purchase deducting R90. I dont know what that means because I have never used my card in the past week and a hald yet the deduction without any explanation.

Someone from FNB better resolve it very fast or I personally will switch banks and discontinue my relationship with FNB I will also be taking my whole family with.
