FNB IS A ****

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the FNB Funeral policy. Since July they have been debiting me twice, when i asked them no one is giving me a full explanation. They 1st said they couldn't find the money in time, I asked them how because my account has\d never been without money and I have prove of that. I have been paying my policy with no issues over a year now but this year they are just taking my money double with no proper explanation. I have prove of everything
