FNB is a ****!!!

I have a credit card with FNB, i have paid it up and been trying to call them to close it. One consultant dropped my call and after that i have been taken from pillar to post. i have spend an hour on the phone, but no assistance. FNB is a ****, they want to suck people dry. as soon as they hear that i want to close my credit facility, they drop my call.
