FNB is a ****

I was charged R105.00 that FNB doesn't want to return to my account, simply because I did not have funds in my account to cover the debit order amount. What's even funny is that the debit order is by FNB, and in their contract, they say that if the amount is not debited this month, this months debit order and the following months debit order will both go on the following month, and to make those funds available. But they just charge you for not having funds.
