FNB is a ****!!!

I have been having this debit order of R95 going off from my account, and when I dispute and stop it l am being charged R80 by FNB. Why is this the case? It should be your responsibility to make sure that my account is protected from ***** and theft. Now why am l paying extra for pointing out ***** and trying to stop it. DO YOUR JOB AND PROTECT OUR ACCOUNTS!!!
