FNB IS A ****

FNB has come up with a new **** now, I was charged R580 and they say it is payments bundle fee, so you pay your monthly fee account and then pay a payment bundle fee which they do not tell you about when opening the account with them, they only sell the idea for R120 monthly account fee. I have been using Capitec with no issues now 3 months with FNB I have been ****med R580, my last money. I am definitely going back to my Capitec, cant be ****med so much money every month, clearly I am not the target market . when I call the call centre, the agent could not even explain to me what is this ridiculous fee is being charged for FNB stop ****ming people
